Google user data is used only for sign-in, account identification, profile display, and security purposes. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or AI/ML model training.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to Revault Digital, including our website, mobile application, authentication systems, account services, customer support, and related platform features.

By using Revault Digital, you acknowledge that we may collect and process information required to create your account, verify your identity, provide app functionality, protect the platform, comply with applicable legal requirements, and respond to support requests.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use Revault Digital, we may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

Name, email address, profile details, account identifiers, login method, and account status.

KYC & Compliance Data

Identity information, uploaded documents, verification status, and compliance review records where required.

Transaction & App Activity

Deposit requests, withdrawal requests, vault activity, referral activity, support tickets, and app interaction records.

Device & Security Data

Device identifiers, IP address, browser/app information, authentication events, and security logs.

3. Google User Data Accessed

When you choose to sign in with Google, Revault Digital may access basic Google account information that you authorize through the Google OAuth consent screen.

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Profile photo
  • Google account unique identifier

Important: Revault Digital does not access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google Workspace data unless a separate feature clearly requests additional permission and you explicitly approve it.

4. How We Use User Data

We use collected information, including Google user data, only for legitimate app, security, compliance, and support purposes, including:

  • Creating, authenticating, and managing your Revault Digital account.
  • Identifying you inside the app and displaying basic profile information.
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, vault activity, referral activity, and support requests.
  • Verifying identity, preventing fraud, monitoring abuse, and supporting AML/KYC compliance.
  • Sending account-related notices, security alerts, service updates, and support responses.
  • Improving platform reliability, debugging errors, and protecting the app against unauthorized access.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, selling user information, data brokerage, lending decisions, credit-worthiness assessment, or AI/ML model training.

5. Data Sharing

Revault Digital does not sell Google user data or personal data to third parties.

We may share limited user data only when necessary with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers: cloud hosting, authentication, database, analytics, notifications, security monitoring, and customer support tools.
  • Compliance and verification providers: where required for identity checks, fraud prevention, AML/KYC review, or regulatory obligations.
  • Legal and safety authorities: when required by law, legal process, fraud investigation, security enforcement, or protection of user/platform rights.

Any third-party processing is limited to the purpose required to operate, protect, or support Revault Digital.

6. Data Storage & Protection

User data may be stored using secure cloud infrastructure, including Firebase and Google Cloud services used by Revault Digital.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including:

  • Encrypted transmission using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Firebase Authentication and access control measures.
  • Firestore security rules and role-based access restrictions.
  • Administrative access limitation on a need-to-know basis.
  • Security monitoring, logging, and abuse-prevention practices.

No online platform can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect user data with practical safeguards and continuous review.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide Revault Digital services, maintain account security, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and keep required financial or compliance records.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@revaultdigital.com.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless retention is required for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

8. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Revault Digital’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing app features and account security.
  • We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve the app, comply with law, protect security, or with the user’s consent.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising or retargeting.
  • We do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

9. Children’s Privacy

Revault Digital is not intended for users under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, security practices, legal obligations, or platform requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
